Tricia Toms is a Portrait and Documentary Photographer currently living near Portland, Maine.  After college, she began her career working for a newspaper in Maryland, with film cameras, chemicals, and enlargers. Tricia then apprenticed with renowned commercial and fine art photographers Cameron Davidson and Carl Austin Hyatt as an assistant, before opening her own studio. In the summer of 2016, Tricia completed a summer intensive workshop through the Salt Institute of Documentary Photography, led by Amy Toensing.  Tricia's award-winning work has been exhibited in Washington, D.C., Portland, Maine, and New Hampshire, and is held in private collections.
